Now that you have a signed purchase contract, we will guide you through the purchase process to settlement, satisfying any contract conditions. We will work with your solicitor (or provide a recommendation), arrange building and pest inspections as well as any other items required under the contract. We will also attend the pre-settlement inspection on your behalf.
Following settlement, we can recommend a local Property Manager and coordinate any required items with them until you have a tenant in place. A depreciation schedule can also be arranged where the property is to be held for ongoing rental.
